Job Descriptions
1) พิมพ์งานเอกสารทางบัญชีและรายงานประชุมของอาคาร
2) รับเรื่องและประสานงานกับแผนกเจ้าหน้าที่ที่เกี่ยวข้อง พร้อมรายงานให้ผู้จัดการทราบ
3) จัดทำ Stock เกี่ยวกับอุปกรณ์และวัสดุสิ้นเปลืองของอาคาร และตรวจเช็คข้อมูลการเบิก-จ่าย
4) จัดทำแบบฟอร์มและ Update ฟอร์มทุกชนิดที่ใช้ภายในอาคาร
5) จัดเก็บเอกสารแบบฟอร์มต่างๆ ในสำนักงานให้เป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อย
6) งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้จัดการอาคาร
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี ทุกสาขา
- มีประสบการณ์สายงานบริหารอาคารมาอย่างน้อย 1-3 ปี
- มี Service mind ดีเยี่ยม รักงานบริการ
- มีความรับผิดชอบสูง แก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
- สามารถทำงานอาทิตย์ละ 6 วัน
- สามารถ พูด เขียน ภาษาอังกฤษได้ในระดับสื่อสารได้
