Job Descriptions
- Contact and propose sales (offer factory space for rent). - Meet with clients, measure site areas, follow up on tasks, and close sales. - Coordinate sales with relevant departments. - Maintain existing customer base and acquire new customers. - Prepare reports for management. - Conduct market research and analysis. - Other tasks as assigned by supervisors. ** Commission: 20% of sales or rental value (paid once upon successful completion of sale/rental agreement)
Qualifications
  1. Experience in sales of property, warehouses, or other related fields.
  2. Ability to find new customers.
  3. Good connections within similar business groups.
  4. Strong sales and communication skills.
  5. Ability to work Monday through Saturday.
  6. Personal vehicle and valid driver's license.
  7. Ability to work at the Laem Chabang office.
  8. Proficiency in English or Chinese is a plus.
