Job Descriptions
- Responsible for the day-to-day IT support of the end users of the plant to ensure the response rate and resolution rate of related issues; -Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of the factory's IT infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, servers, printers, video conferencing and other IT-related equipment, to ensure SLAs and KPIs; - Responsible for the daily inspection of the local factory computer room, including UPS, power supply, cooling system, etc., to ensure the safety of the computer room operation; - Responsible for the operation and maintenance of basic application systems of the factory, such as the basic operation and maintenance of the production management system and SAP client、IBF、OA and etc。 - Comply with the established IT strategic plan and strategy of Shanying International Headquarters to ensure the implementation of relevant rules and regulations in the local factory;-According to the monitoring layout, maintain the effective operation of the monitoring system, eliminate faults in time, and ensure that there are no dead ends in monitoring
Qualifications
  1. College degree or above, major in computer science or related
  2. At least 3 years of work experience in network administrator, information technician and other related positions
  3. CCNA or MCSE certificate preferred;
  4. Strong hands-on experience, especially in IT infrastructure areas such as networking, servers, security, virtualization;
  5. Familiar with the configuration and daily operation and maintenance of switches, firewalls, routers and other equipment, Cisco related certifications are preferred;
  6. Familiar with the installation, deployment, and configuration of Linux Server, Windows Server, and Active Directory;
  7. Familiar with the operation and maintenance experience of factory application systems in the discrete manufacturing industry, such as production management systems, MES systems, SAP clients, etc.;
  8. Proficiency in Chinese or English, one of which is sufficient
