Job Descriptions
•Prepare monthly management reports, cost reports, and variance analysis •Monitor manufacturing costs and ensure accuracy in cost accounting systems •Support budgeting and forecasting activities across departments •Analyze production and operational data to support decision-making •Coordinate with supply chain, production, and finance teams to ensure alignment on cost controls •Perform profitability and margin analysis for products or customer groups •Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with internal control policies •Assist with strategic financial planning and provide insight to senior management
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in a management accounting or cost accounting role within multinational companies (MNCs)
  3. Strong knowledge of Thai taxation, costing principles, and local financial reporting standards
  4. Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Dynamics 365 BC, SAP, Oracle)
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, dashboards, etc.)
  6. Good command of English (spoken and written)
  7. Age 28–40 years (preferred)
  8. CPA, CMA, or similar certification is an advantage
