Job Descriptions
- เขียนแบบงานตกแต่งพื้นที่ส่วนกลางของ Metro Mall งานเขียนแบบพื้นที่ร้านค้าปลีก ทั้งภายในและภายนอกสถานี - ตรวจสอบแบบให้คำแนะนำในการตกแต่งร้านค้า และพื้นที่ส่วนกลาง ให้สวยงามและเป็นไปตามกฏระเบียบของสถานี - สำรวจและวัดพื้นที่ เพื่อประเมินงานออกแบบหรือปรับปรุงพื้นที่ส่วนกลาง ร้านค้าปลีก ให้มีภาพลักษณ์ที่สวยงามอยู่เสมอ - ถอดแบบประมาณราคา ตรวจสอบ BOQ งานก่อสร้างส่วนกลาง - จัดทำคู่มือการตกแต่งพื้นที่ และเอกสารประกอบคู่มือที่เกี่ยวข้อง - ควบคุมภาพลักษณ์ระหว่างการตกแต่งในพื้นที่ร้านค้า - ควบคุมแบบ สืบหาวัสดุ ที่ใช้ในโครงการ Renovate และก่อสร้างตามงบประมาณที่บริษัทกำหนด - ตรวจสอบใบเสนอราคา เจรจาต่อรองกับผู้รับเหมาและตรวจสอบความถูกต้อง - จัดทำรวบรวมข้อมูลต่างๆที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการออกแบบ เพื่อสนับสนุนข้อมูลให้หน่วยงานภายในที่ร้องขอ
Qualifications
  1. ปริญญาตรี ออกแบบตกแต่งภายใน สถาปัตยกรรม หรือสาขาอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. ประสบการณ์ในงานอย่างน้อย 3 ปีขึ้นไป
  3. ความรู้ในการออกแบบ ตกแต่ง เขียนแบบ
  4. สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Auto Cad ได้เป็นอย่างดี
  5. สามารถถอดแบบประเมินราคา และ BOQ
  6. ความรู้ด้านวัสดุก่อสร้าง
