Job Descriptions
Job Summary: Inner Space is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychologist to join our team. In this role, you will contribute to our mission of providing a tranquil and supportive environment for clients on their counseling journey. You will deliver client-centered mental health services, focusing on individual needs and goals while fostering healing, growth, and well-being. Job Description: - Provide individual, couple, and/or group therapy for clients facing emotional, psychological, or behavioral challenges. - Apply evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as CBT, DBT, ACT, or other relevant modalities. - Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with professional standards. - Participate in case discussions, clinical supervision, and professional development activities. - Conduct psychoeducational workshops or group therapy sessions. - Design and implement personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic techniques. - Explore clients’ thoughts, emotions, and experiences to facilitate self-discovery and resilience.
Qualifications
  1. Master’s or Doctorate in Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or a related field.
  2. Valid licensure to practice as a psychologist.
  3. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical setting, with a preference for work with diverse populations.
  4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  5. Demonstrated commitment to client-centered care and an empathetic, respectful approach to therapy.
  6. Proficiency in utilizing evidence-based strategies and tailoring them to individual client needs.
  7. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple cases effectively and maintain detailed documentation.
  8. Proficient in both Thai and English, with the ability to conduct counseling sessions fluently in both languages.
  9. Experience in conducting workshops, group therapy, or psychoeducational programs.
  10. Strong knowledge of psychological assessment and evidence-based treatment methods.
