• Plan and control production to align with company goals and production schedules. • Coordinate with related departments, including Sales, Production, Procurement, Warehouse, and Engineering, to ensure smooth production operations. • Receive order information and customer requirements from the Sales team and develop production plans accordingly. • Monitor production progress and adjust plans in response to order changes, material availability, or production capacity constraints. • Analyze production data, efficiency, and costs to improve planning processes. • Utilize SAP for production planning, control, and process tracking. • Apply data analytics to optimize production planning, forecast demand, and identify process improvement opportunities. • Develop reports and dashboards to visualize key production performance metrics. • Resolve production planning issues, such as material shortages, capacity limitations, or urgent customer orders. • Continuously improve production planning strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in production planning
Proficiency in SAP for production planning is required
Strong knowledge of data analytics and ability to use tools such as Power BI, Python, or Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query) for data-driven decision-making
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
Excellent communication and coordination skills to work effectively across departments.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changes in production demands.
