Job Descriptions
- จัดเตรียมไฟล์ Nesting และทำงานร่วมกับซอฟต์แวร์ที่ใช้กับเครื่องจักรและอุปกรณ์ที่มีอยู่ ซึ่งปัจจุบันรวมถึงเครื่อง CNC, เครื่องตัดเลเซอร์, เครื่องเจาะอัตโนมัติ, เครื่องพิมพ์ 3 มิติ และเครื่องพับโลหะทั้งหมดในบริษัท
- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายผลิตเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าไฟล์ Nesting และรายงานสำหรับการผลิตถูกจัดทำอย่างถูกต้องและทันเวลา
- จัดทำรายงานตรวจสอบคุณภาพด้านมิติ
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นสูง (ปวส.) ในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง ไม่จำเป็นต้องมีประสบการณ์
- ต้องสามารถอ่านซอฟต์แวร์เป็นภาษาอังกฤษได้
- มีความสนใจในเครื่องตัดเลเซอร์, เครื่อง CNC และเครื่องมือที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับการเขียนโปรแกรม G-Code
- คุ้นเคยกับการกำหนดค่าความคลาดเคลื่อน (Tolerancing), GD&T และการควบคุมคุณภาพด้านมิติ
- หากสามารถใช้ SolidWorks และซอฟต์แวร์ CAD 2D (DraftSight/AutoCAD) จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint ฯลฯ) ได้อย่างคล่องตัว
