Location

1. Analyse, monitor, and execute tasks for key accounts to achieve sales targets and improve account performance, aligning with business goals. 2. Manage and maintain relationships with key clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction, retention, and loyalty. 3. Negotiate contracts and agreements with key accounts, ensuring favorable terms and maximizing revenue and profitability. 4. Liaise and coordinate with internal teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Product Development, to ensure successful execution of account plans and promotional activities. 5. Analyse and prepare budgets and expenditures, to support cost control and financial efficiency. 6. Plan and conduct regular account reviews and business meetings with key clients to discuss performance, resolve issues, and explore new opportunities for growth. 7. Identify, analyse and pursue new business opportunities within existing key accounts and potential new clients to expand the company’s market presence. 8. Prepare analysis for key stakeholders, showcasing account performance, upcoming initiatives, and value-added services. 9. Provide feedback and insights to the Channel Development and Marketing teams on key account needs, market trends, and competitive dynamics.
