Job Descriptions
Job Description : -Prepare and issue accurate invoices to customers in a timely manner -Review and verify billing data, ensuring accuracy and completeness -Track and monitor outstanding payments and send reminders to customers -Resolve billing issues and discrepancies, collaborating with other departments as needed -Maintain detailed and organized records of billing information -Communicate effectively with clients to clarify billing queries -Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures -Support the finance team with data for financial reporting -Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies -Provide customer support in relation to billing inquiries
Qualifications
  1. - Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  2. - At least 1 years of experience in accounting & finance
  3. - Ability to communicate via email in English
  4. - Fast learner, proactive, and able to take initiative; works well independently and as a good team player
