Job Descriptions
Role Objectives •Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of construction projects, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and project closeout. •Develop and manage project schedules to ensure timely completion and cost efficiency. •Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to monitor construction progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards. •Conduct regular site inspections to assess project progress, identify risks, and ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements. •Maintain effective communication with team members and stakeholders to provide project updates, address concerns, and foster strong working relationships. Your Responsibilities •Adjust and create a detailed weekly project plan, including scheduling work shifts, resource allocation, and tracking procurement status to ensure timely delivery of materials. •Coordinate and oversee construction activities to ensure adherence to the project schedule and specifications. •Monitor project progress, analyzing potential delays and ensuring they do not impact project delivery. •Ensure compliance with safety regulations and legal requirements, prioritizing a safe working environment. •Prepare project-related documentation, including weekly work plans, daily site progress reports with images, and percentage of completed tasks to facilitate project management and coordination. •Report on project progress, key developments, budget status, and potential risks. •Enforce safety measures and ensure compliance with local building laws and regulations. •Provide leadership and guidance to the project team, fostering a productive and cooperative work environment. Required and Preferred Skills & Qualifications Preferred Skills & Qualifications: •Knowledge of risk management and project management principles. •Understanding of local construction regulations, work permits, coordination with building
Qualifications
  1. Age: 34-36 years old.
  2. Experience: At least 12 years in construction project management with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  3. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations.
  4. Project Management Skills: Excellent planning, organization, and prioritization skills.
  5. Technical Literacy: Ability to read and interpret technical documents such as blueprints and construction schematics.
  6. Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
  7. Software Proficiency: Expertise in construction project management software, scheduling tools, and reporting systems.
  8. Sustainability Knowledge: Familiarity with sustainable construction practices and green building certifications.
  9. Flexibility: Ability to work beyond regular hours when project constraints require it.
  10. Understand on-site problem-solving.
  11. Able to oversee and control work quality with contractors before project handover.
