Job Descriptions

Present and promote the company's plastic injection products and services to both existing and new clients. Visit Customers, build strong relationships, and maintain customer satisfaction. Negotiate sales agreements and follow up on delivery and after-sales services. Coordinate with internal departments, including production, engineering, and logistics, to ensure seamless operations. Handle and resolve customer complaints and unexpected issues professionally. Report sales activities and performance to the sales manager regularly. Monitor market trends and competitors to support business planning.

Qualifications

Male or Female, aged 30-35 years.
Bechelor's Degree in Engineer , Sale and Marketing or related field.
Minimum of 1-2 years experience in sales automotive (preferably in plastic injection products or related insustry)
Strong communication and negotiatin skills
Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.
Service-minded, responsible, and a good relationshiper.
Able to travel to meet customers independently.
English or Japanese skill.
