  • ทำงานกับทีมรุ่นใหม่ ที่โฟกัสทั้งเป้าหมายและการเติบโตไปพร้อมกัน -ดูแลภาพรวมทีม People ที่มี 3 ทีมย่อย: Talent Acquisition (TA), Compensation & Benefit (CB), และ General Affairs (GA) -วางแผนกำลังคน และบริหารต้นทุนพนักงานของทั้งบริษัท (200 คน ขึ้นไป) -ออกแบบและพัฒนากระบวนการประเมิน ปรับเงินเดือน และโบนัส ให้ชัดเจน มีเหตุผล และตอบโจทย์การเติบโต -พัฒนาระบบการทำงานของทีม People ให้คล่องตัว พร้อมปรับเปลี่ยนได้ตามบริบทขององค์กร -ชวนทีมและคนในองค์กรร่วมสร้างวัฒนธรรมที่ดี การทำงานที่เป็นระบบ และการ Feedback ที่มีคุณภาพ -ใช้ข้อมูลในการวิเคราะห์ ติดตาม และพัฒนาแนวทาง People -เป็นพาร์ตเนอร์กับทีมผู้บริหารในการขับเคลื่อนกลยุทธ์คนให้สอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายธุรกิจ
    • Qualifications
    1. มีประสบการณ์บริหารงานด้าน People หรือ HR อย่างน้อย 5 ปี
    2. เคยดูแลเรื่องโครงสร้างเงินเดือน ระบบประเมินผลงาน และการจัดการต้นทุนคนในองค์กร
    3. มีมุมมองในการ “สร้างระบบ” ที่ปรับเปลี่ยนได้ ไม่ยึดติดกับรูปแบบเดิม
    4. คิดเชิงกลยุทธ์ แต่ลงมือทำจริงได้ และทำงานแบบ data-driven
    5. มี empathy สูง เข้าใจคน และรู้ว่าจะพาคนทั้งทีมเติบโตไปด้วยกันอย่างไร
    6. เคยวางระบบ Performance/Bonus แบบที่ใช้ได้จริงในองค์กรที่กำลัง scale
    7. คุ้นเคยกับการสร้าง OKRs, วัฒนธรรมการ Feedback, Agile mindset
    8. มีทักษะ Excel ขั้นสูง เช่น If, Vlookup , Pivot Table เพื่อพัฒนา จัดการข้อมูลคนและต้นทุน
