Job Descriptions
Glassic is seeking a Business Manager for our Ko Kut location. We produce drinking water in reusable glass bottle to offer an sustainable alternative for everyone on the island. Our water will be delivered directly to hotels and restaurants on the island. Your role is to be the face of the company on the island and lead our local production successfully. We offer: - Competitive Salary - Revenue Based Bonus - Accomodation Allowance - Support in relocating to Ko Kut - Company Ressources (Laptop, Cellphone, Motorbike) - International Start-Up - Ability to shape a company from the very beginning - Training and the possibility to develop with a growing company Your role: - Manage a small team of up to 5 production workers - Winning new clients on the island - Managing existing clients - Initial Accounting (company accounting is outsourced) - Project Management - Quality Management - Driving own initiatives In this role, you'll lead our production team, manage customer relationships, drive sales, and oversee documentation of all production and operational processes. As a growing startup revolutionizing Thailand's drinking water industry, we need a hands-on leader who can manage multiple responsibilities in our island operation.
Qualifications
  1. Fluent in English
  2. Digital Affinity
  3. Management experience or interest in developing it
  4. Interest in Sales
  5. Interest in Customer Management
  6. Interest in Beverage & Tourism Industry
  7. Bachelor Degree in Business or related field preferable
  8. Open Minded
  9. Communicative and Proactive
  10. Thai Nationality
  11. Fluent in Thai
