Job Descriptions
-ดูแลกลุ่ม Facebook และดูช่องทางออนไลน์แพลตฟอร์ม X, Pantip หากมีกรณีร้องเรียนจากลูกค้าไม่ว่าจะเป็นคอมเม้น โพสต้องทำการตอบกลับ หากเป็นเคสที่ร้ายแรง หรือเป็นโพสจากกลุ่มคนมีชื่อเสียง ต้องทำการหาช่องทางติดต่อเพื่อโทรเจรจาต่อรองให้ทำการลบโพสดังกล่าว
-Target 60-70เคส/วัน และต้องดำเนินการทันที ไม่เกิน 2ชม.
ทำงาน 5 วัน หยุด 2 วัน (เสาร์-อาทิตย์) มีทำ OT บางเสาร์
เวลา 9.00-18.00 น.
Qualifications
- จบปริญญาตรี อายุไม่เกิน 35 ปี
- สามารถอ่าน เขียนภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี และสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีประสบการณ์รับเรื่องร้องเรียนเกี่ยวกับสื่อโซเชียลมีเดีย หรือเคสที่ร้องเรียนจากบุคคลมีชื่อเสียงอย่างน้อย 1ปี
- สามารถทำงานล่วงเวลาได้
- มีทักษะการเจรจาต่อรองกับลูกค้า
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี
