Job Descriptions
Main Goal of job : • Develop and improve the molding process for new and existing processes. • Optimize mold injection parameter and analyze product quality by adapting the polymer or plastic technical knowledge combined with statistical analysis. • Monitor and investigate the mold quality issue including mold dimensions issue and mold defect issue. • Solve and improve the mold quality by applying engineering tools. • Evaluate new polymer grade or new plastic grade to improve the mold defect and mold quality. • Increase the mold productivity and maintain the mold machine performance. • Train the plant operator and technician to understand the basic mold injection, polypropylene property and mold measurement. • Issue document control, work standard, and Out of Control Action Plan. • To perform all work within ISO 13485 regulated work environment.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Chemistry Industrial, Tools and Die Engineering or Any field related.
  2. Have knowledge about Injection Moulding will be advantage.
  3. Good in English communication, Reading and Writing.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Auto CAD, Solid work.
