Job Descriptions

Control production line and productivity for high efficiency and get in production standard -Make Production Assembly Report, PD Assembly Defect report, PD Preventive Machine Daily Check sheet, PD Machine Daily check sheet, PD usage material and return Record -Inform and issue “Repair Request Form” to Engineer team for process repairing tools and machines -Improve production line to increase productivity, reduce NG in production process and reduce production cost -Support setting new production line until able to run production smoothly -Set and Control KPI of Production Section to achieve company policy -Production line planning / operator arrangement to smooth production plan -Prepare and checking that manpower, material, machine, equipment, concerned documents, work instruction, etc can support production line -Monitor and control operator to work following the work instruction and Q-point control -Daily meetings: to confirm production plan, station for each operator with whole production team; to have meeting with Leader/ Sub-Leader team for sharing and update any information and plan - Control employee to ensure that they work follow WI or SOP or other standard that may affect to product quality -Check and follow up the production status to achieve target (Production Plan and Shipment) -Check and control any NG in production process and report to Manager (Separate type of NG : Material, Man, Method, Machine), improvement plan is needed if the problem is from M-Man and M-Method. -Check and control withdraw the material follow the plan (control qty and area keeping in the good condition) -Coordinate with concerned section, especially Quality Dept. and Engineer Dept. for continuous improvement production process -Control cost in production line (any kind of consumables), control and increase productivity, control loss rate in process -Get to know the training need for all operators and compile training plan and follow up the plan to achieve the t

Qualifications

Male/Female, age between 25-35 years old
Bachelor ‘s Degree in related field
Good personality and good relationship with another person and strong skill of problem solving
High responsibility and working as team efficiency
Strong skill of analytical thinking, problem solving and decision-making skill
Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to meet deadlines
Team player with the ability to effectively lead and motivate team members.
Have good English communication skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing) will be advantaged
