Responsibilities: - Responsible for sales projects in the region of local market - Proven sales methods and support tools to achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully converting leads into clients - Pursue sales leads, visit existing and new customers, assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services - Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques - Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses - Discuss with Country Sales Manager on weekly sales plans and prioritize and schedule own activities so these targets are met - Effectively communicate client needs to the Technical teams for future product enhancements - Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships, understanding their needs, to establish value and product fit - Perform duties as assigned by Company from time to time Alternatively you can also apply by sending your latest resume to hrth@novabuildingsasia.com
Qualifications
  1. Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent
  2. At least 3 years of relevant sales or business development experience; preferably in structural steel building or construction industry
  3. Strong in Sales Professional, Sales Process and thorough understand of local markets
  4. Strong networking in construction industry
  5. Steel structural background will be advantages
  6. Prior experience at representing an organization and solid presentation
  7. Effective communication, selling and negotiation skills
  8. Self-motivated attitude and customer service orientation
  9. Good command of spoken and written English
  10. Proficient in MS Office and PowerPoint
  11. Must possess own vehicle
