Job Descriptions

- Responsible for Warehouse operations (Dry stores, Freezers, Chillers) , ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks. - Oversee Receipt of products from suppliers and storage to its receptive storage locations according to specifications (Dry, packaging items, allergen, non-allergen, etc.) - Oversee issuance or raw materials and packaging items to production floor according to transfer orders. - Coordinate with 3rd party logistics and external warehouse for inbound and outbound shipments, in compliance with contractual obligations. - Ensure accuracy of inventory. (details of product matches stock card, physicals inventory count matches system inventory count) - Ensure hygiene and cleanliness of the warehouse premises. - Ensure compliance or warehouse operations with company policies and industry regulations. (ISO 9001, ISO14000, ISO18000, FSSC22000 etc.) - Ad-hoc assignments and projects, according to operational need.

Qualifications

Male / Female 30-45 years old.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science, Computer of other Related fields.
Computer literacy : Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Power Point), Internet.
Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning and Warehouse managements Systems.
Organized individual with strong leadership and teamwork.
Communicate in English.
