Job Descriptions
1) ตรวจสอบผลิตภัณฑ์ ชิ้นงาน New Model ,ระหว่างผลิต และผลิตภัณฑ์สำเร็จรูป เพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าเป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดของลูกค้าและข้อกำหนดของกระบวนการ 2) ออกแบบและพัฒนา ระบบหรือกระบวนการวัด 3) วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลการวัด เพื่อควบคุมคุณภาพหรือประสิทธิภาพของกระบวนการ 4) ตรวจสอบและรายงานผล การวัดให้สอดคล้องกับมาตรฐาน 5) วางแผนและดำเนินการซ่อมบำรุงเครื่องมือวัดให้อยู่ในสภาพพร้อมใช้งาน 6) ทำงานร่วมกับทีมการผลิตและแผนกอื่นๆ เพื่อให้กระบวนการวัดสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจ 7) เขียนเอกสารเทคนิค เช่น WI , Procedure, Technical Report 8) จัดทำเอกสาร ISO หรือ เอกสารของลูกค้าและข้อกำหนดของกระบวนการ 9) รับผิดชอบงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
Qualifications
  1. เพศชายหรือหญิง อายุ 25-35 ปี
  2. จบการศึกษาระดับปวสหรือสูงกว่า สาขา อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ หรือเกี่ยวข้อง
  3. มีประสบการณ์การทำงานด้าน QA/QC, หรือ Calibration อย่างน้อย 5-10 ปี จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  4. ผ่านการอบรมมาตรฐาน เช่น ISO 9001, 14001, หากมี Certificate ด้าน Measurement / Calibration
  5. มีความรู้ ความสามารถในการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ได้เป็นอย่างดี
  6. มีความรู้พื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับระบบวงจรอิเล็กทรอนิกส์
  7. มีทักษะความเข้าใจในการอ่าน Drawing ต่าง ๆ
  8. ทักษะในการใช้ เครื่องมือวัด (เช่น Vision Measuring Machine, CMM,Vernier)
  9. ทักษะความเข้าใจ Core Tools ( APQP,PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC )
  10. ทักษะความละเอียดรอบคอบ และมีความแม่นยำสูง
  11. มีทักษะในการ วิเคราะห์ปัญหา แก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า และ ทักษะการสื่อสาร และทำงานเป็นทีม
