Job Descriptions
1. Support for Complaints, Reques from customer and analyze the reasons for improvements. 2. Report to customer in a timely manner by fully complying with the company's policies. Job Customer Complaint: 1. Receive complaints from customers 2. Contact to obtain work from customers for analysis to find the cause. 3. Root cause analysis 4. Make corrections and answer the problem analysis sheet based on the principles of 5 or 8D Report or as requested by the customer. 5. Report corrective to customers. 6. Monitor the resolution of the problem Job Warranty Claim: 1.Receive claim document from customers. 2.Contact to pick up the work piece. 3.Analyze the cause 4.Summarize the results of the claim analysis in terms of pieces and amounts and specify the reasons. 5.Notify the quality problem to the relevant departments. 6.Make corrections and answer the problem analysis sheet based on the principles of either5 or 8D Report or as requested by the customer. 7. Apply for approval of analysis results and trade expenses 8. Report corrections to customers. 9. Bring information to management review 10.Monitor the resolution of the problem
Qualifications
  1. Male / Female Age 25 years old up.
  2. Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineer or related fields.
  3. Have experience in Quality Control, appearance check, Quality problem analysis at lease 3 years.
  4. Have knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO14001, Coor Tools.
  5. Ave knowledge of standard test method and others.
  6. Able to communicate in English (Reading, Writing, Speaking).
  7. Good leadership, Open-minded, Able to build up teamwork.
  8. Able to work under pressure and can be work hard.
  9. Have knowledge of measuring tools and have certificate.
  10. Good attitude.
