Job Descriptions
- Oversaw end-to-end plant operations - Led preventive maintenance programs, minimizing downtime and enhancing equipment reliability. - Developed a real-time production dashboard, linking capacity planning with sales orders, ensuring on-time delivery while maintaining quality standards. - Optimizing production schedules, reducing waste, and enhancing resource utilization. - Ensured adherence to BRC, FSMA, GHP, HACCP, SMET, HALAL, and other compliance.
Qualifications
  1. Male
  2. Bachelor degree or above in Engineering
  3. 7+ years as a production manager, plant manager in agriculture or rice factory
  4. Good English communication
  5. Skilled in PLC Program
