Job Descriptions
- ทำการ Booking การขนส่งสินค้ากับสายเรือ และ / หรือ Freight Forwarder
- เจรจา ต่อรองกับสายเรือ / Freight Forwarder เพื่อการขอ Space และ / หรือตู้สินค้า
- ติดตามและตรวจสอบใบ Booking Confirmation จากสายเรือ และ / หรือ Freight Forwarder ให้เงื่อนไขของการส่งมอบเป็นไปตามที่ลูกค้ากำหนด
เลื่อน / ยกเลิก Booking กับสายเรือ และ / หรือ Freight Forwarder สำหรับ Order ที่ไม่สามารถออกได้ตาม Tentative Plan
- ตรวจสอบ และเปรียบเทียบราคาค่าลากของสถานที่รับคืนตู้
- รวบรวมข้อมูลการจองเรือ เพื่อนำมาเปรียบเทียบในการควบคุมต้นทุนให้เป็นไปตามนโยบาย
- ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานอื่นๆ ทั้งภายในและภายนอกองค์กร
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- ระดับการศึกษา ปริญญาตรี
- ประสบการณ์ทำงานอย่างน้อย 2 ปี
- อายุ 22 – 35 ปี
- มีความสามารถในการอ่าน-เขียน-เข้าใจภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
- สามารถใช้เครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ MS Office ได้ดี
- มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์และประสานงานกับผู้อื่นได้ดี
- มีทักษะในการเจรจาต่อรอง แก้ไขสถานการณ์เฉพาะหน้าได้
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ และสามารถทำงานภายใต้ภาวะความกดดันได้ดี
