"Lead a team to drive new product development, brand extensions, and strategic collaborations. Responsible for managing feasibility, timelines, and execution to ensure successful, brand-aligned launches through planning, review, and decision-making." ✨Key Responsibilities 1. Product Development & Execution • Oversee product development from concept to production through the team • Manage timelines and reprioritize projects based on strategy and resources • Review and approve feasibility (cost, pricing, sales targets) within assigned authority • Ensure timely, high-quality launches aligned with brand and customer expectations 2. Brand Expansion & Collaboration • Lead projects related to brand extensions, sub-brands, or limited collections • Oversee co-branded product development with external partners from concept to launch 3. Feasibility & Launch Evaluation • Evaluate feasibility reports to ensure financial and strategic soundness • Approve product proposals within thresholds; escalate when needed • Monitor post-launch performance and apply learnings to future development 4. Team Oversight & Leadership • Manage and coach the team with clear direction and accountability • Delegate based on complexity and capability; provide ongoing feedback • Review and approve key deliverables (concepts, feasibility plans, timelines) • Track performance and support development aligned with company goals

Qualifications

5+ years in product development, brand, or BD within fashion, lifestyle, or consumer goods
Experience launching products with strong business and product feasibility understanding
Strategic thinker with sound decision-making and problem-solving skills
Strong leadership in managing teams and cross-functional collaboration
Skilled in project and timeline management with agility in dynamic environments
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to align teams and manage cross-functional collaboration
Strong brand sensibility and consumer insight, with a passion for impactful product creation
Fluency in Thai and English preferred
