2. ดำเนินการ จัดฝึกอบรม/สัมมนา เพื่อพัฒนาบุคลากร
3. ดำเนินการปฐมนิเทศพนักงานใหม่
4. ควบคุมความประพฤติของพนักงานให้ปฏิบัติตนตามกฎระเบียบของบริษัทฯ
5. ดำเนินการด้านแรงงานสัมพันธ์
6. จัดทำ ปรับปรุง แก้ไข Job Description และ Job Specification
7. งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- เพศชาย/หญิง
- อายุไม่เกิน 40 ปี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาทรัพย์กรมนุษย์ สาขารัฐศาสตร์ หรือนิติศาสตร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- สามารถใช้เครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ได้ ใช้
- มีความรู้กฎหมายแรงงาน, มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์
- มีประสบการณ์ในการสรรหาพนักงาน
- สามารถใช้งานโปรแกรม B plus ได้
