Job Descriptions
1.ถอดแบบ เพื่อทำประมาณการต้นทุนของของงานโครงการและงานสัญญา 2.ตรวจสอบปริมาณและจัดทำ Payment (จ่ายเงินผู้รับเหมาช่วง) 3.ตรวจสอบปริมาณและจัดทำ Project Payment (เอกสารจ่ายงวดงานโครงการ) 4.ตรวจสอบขอบเขตงานสัญญา (Bidding Document) 5.ประชุมตามไซต์งานเพื่อติดตามสถานะงานปัจจุบัน ตรวจสอบและจัดทำงานเพิ่ม-ลด กับวิศวกรประจำหน่วยงาน และสรุปราคาเพื่อจัดทำงบประมาณ 6.จัดทำ Cost Code, งบประมาณ, ต่อรองราคา, ทำ VO, ควบคุมการใช้งบประมาณ 7. งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. เพศ ชายและหญิง อายุตั้งแต่ 25 - 45 ปี
  2. วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี สาขาวิชา วิศวกรรมไฟฟ้ากำลัง ขึ้นไป
  3. มีประสบการณ์ในการประมาณราคาอย่างน้อย 0-3 ปีขึ้นไป
  4. สามารถใช้ Computer ได้เป็นอย่างดี โดยเฉพาะโปรแกรม Auto Cad, MSOffice
  5. มีความขยัน อดทน ตั้งใจในการทำงาน พร้อมเรียนรู้งาน
  6. สามารถปฏิบัติงานวันจันทร์ - วันเสาร์ได้
  7. สามารถใช้โปรแกรม 3D, Revit, Archi Cad, Sketch up ได้ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  8. ขับรถได้ มีใบอนุญาตขับขี่รถยนต์
  9. มีใบประกอบวิชาชีพ กว. ระดับสามัญ
  10. สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้ดี
  11. ความคิดสร้างสรรค์และสามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้
