Job Descriptions
1. กำหนดเป้าหมาย และวางแผนการปฏิบัติงานร่วมกันกับผู้บังคับบัญชา 2. รับออเดอร์จากฝ่ายขาย นำมาทบทวนความถูกต้อง ความต้องการของลูกค้า และประสานงานกับโรงงานเพื่อตรวจสอบความพร้อมในการดำเนินการส่งมอบ 3. ทวนสอบใบบริหารการผลิตขายต่างประเทศ ประจำสัปดาห์ ที่กำหนดการส่งมอบแล้วจากการประชุมวางแผนประจำสัปดาห์ 4. ติดตามการปฏิบัติงานและตรวจสอบความคืบหน้าของแต่ละงานในการขึ้นตู้สินค้า 5. ทวนสอบค่าใช้จ่ายของตู้คอนเทนเนอร์ และค่าใช้จ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้อง 6. ควบคุมและดูแลความถูกต้อง ความเรียบร้อยในการปฏิบัติงานของผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา แก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมายของแผนก ฝ่าย และองค์กร 7. สรุปผลการปฏิบัติงานประจำสัปดาห์และปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้น พร้อมทั้งหาแนวทางป้องกัน สนับสนุนงานของระบบคุณภาพ และสนับสนุนการทำกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ ของบริษัทฯ
Qualifications
  1. มีความรู้และสามารถใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ MS.Office, Pivot
  2. สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้อย่างดี
  3. มีสามารถปรับตัวเข้ากับสภาพแวดล้อมการทำงานที่หลากหลายได้อย่างดี
  4. มีทักษะในการติดต่อกับหน่วยงานภายนอกได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
  5. มีความรู้ด้านภาษาอังกฤษดี
