- Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a timely, professional, and efficient manner, ensuring customer satisfaction. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction, loyalty, and retention. - Collaborate closely with warehouse staff to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment, meeting customer expectations. - Monitor inventory levels and work with the warehouse team to address and resolve any discrepancies in stock or orders. - Effectively communicate order status updates, shipping delays, and other operational concerns to customers, ensuring transparency and clear expectations. - Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and excellent service quality in the warehouse setting. - Continuously improve customer service processes and team performance, identifying opportunities for efficiency and better customer experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a warehouse or logistics industry
Experiences from Automotive Manufacturing Business will be an advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Knowledge of inventory control, shipping processes and order management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
