Job Descriptions
1. Check and prepare all documents for Accounts Payable - AP
2. Record, adjust, and correct bookkeeping information accurately
3. Record costs and other expenses; if discrepancies are found, investigate and adjust the accounts properly
4. Verify costs against purchases and quotations
5. Follow up on pending accruals and manage filing
6. Support the team and handle other tasks as assigned by the supervisor and manager
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience in cost accounting within the logistics industry is an advantage.
- Understanding Thailand's accounting and finance-related laws and regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Detail-oriented with good communication skills.
- Can communication in English and/or Chinese preferred.
