Job Descriptions
1. จัดเตรียมวัสดุ อุปกรณ์ เครื่องมือ เครื่องใช้ อุปกรณ์ทางการแพทย์และทำหัตถการต่าง ๆเพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกในการให้บริการ 2. เตรียมแฟ้มประวัติผู้ป่วยที่มาตรวจในวันและตรวจเช็คความถูกต้องก่อนส่งเข้าห้องตรวจ และผ่าตัด 3. ช่วยแพทย์ระหว่างทำหัตถการ เช่นผ่าตัด ตัดไหม เคสสกิน หรือหัตถการฉีดต่างๆ 4. ช่วยแพทย์ทำ procedure ในห้องตรวจ ดูแล บำรุงรักษา อุปกรณ์ เครื่องมือภายในห้องตรวจ/ห้องผ่าตัด ก่อนและหลังเสร็จสิ้นการใช้งาน 5. เบิกยาและเวชภัณฑ์ของใช้ต่างๆ 6. ดูแลลูกค้าหลังทำศัลยกรรม อธิบายวิธีดูแลตัวเองหลังทำหัตถการ หรือหลังการผ่าตัด 7. ติดตามอาการของลูกค้าหลังการผ่าตัด เช่น ทรงหลังการทำจมูก และนัดตัดไหม ทุกช่องทางการติดต่อ 8. รับข้อร้องเรียนจากลูกค้าและหาทางแก้ไขอย่างมืออาชีพ 9. บันทึกข้อมูลลูกค้า และติดตามผลเพื่อนำมาพัฒนาและปรับปรุงบริการ
Qualifications
  1. เพศหญิง อายุ 22-32 ปี
  2. วุฒิผู้ช่วยพยาบาล หรือที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี น้ำเสียงสุภาพ และสามารถรับมือกับลูกค้าได้ดี
  4. มีความรู้พื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับอุปกรณ์และเครื่องมือแพทย์
  5. สามารถทำงานเป็นทีม และมีความรับผิดชอบสูง
  6. มีใจรักงานบริการ และสามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
  7. มีประสบการณ์ทำงานในคลินิกศัลยกรรม และประสบการณ์ด้าน After Sales หรือ Customer Service จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
