Job Descriptions
1.Monitor and management with import raw material and control balance stock. 2.Developing and maintaining a thorough understanding of customs laws, import/export regulations, tariffs, and duty rates to provide accurate guidance and advice to the organization. 3.Liaising with government agencies, such as the Customs Department, BOI, and other relevant authorities, facilitate the clearance of imported goods. 4.Communicating and negotiating with freight forwarders, customs broker, and other service providers to ensure timely and cost -effective shipments. 5.Perform BOI tasks regarding all necessary processes as required by BOI rule and regulation and processing all documentation concerning BOI requirements.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree
  2. At least 3–5 years of working experience in Supply Chain or a related field
  3. In-depth knowledge and understanding of BOI, tax, customs procedures, and relevant regulations
  4. Proven work experience as a Customs Specialist, Customs Broker, or in a similar role within the manufacturing sector, with a strong understanding of BOI regulations
  5. Systematic thinking, strong problem-solving skills, solid leadership abilities, and the capability to work effectively within a team
  6. Knowledge of management systems, health and safety regulations, public safety and security,
  7. Customer and personal service, transportation principles and methods, production and processing,
  8. Education and training, material handling, administration and management, supply chain,
  9. Computers and electronics.
  10. English communication skills.
