Job Descriptions
- รับวางบิลและจัดทำเอกสารเพื่อตั้งหนี้
- จัดทำเอกสารการจ่ายเงิน เพื่อชำระค่าสินค้าและบริการให้เป็นไปตามนโยบายบริษัท
- ติดต่อและให้คำปรึกษาเบื้องต้นเกี่ยวกับการจ่ายเงินให้แก่เจ้าหนี้
- เคลียร์เงินสดย่อย
- Reconcile ยอดเงินฝากธนาคาร
- Reconcile บัญชีเจ้าหนี้รายตัว
- จัดทำรายงานภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย (ภงด.3 ภงด.53)
- ติดต่อประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งภายในและภายนอกบริษัท
- ปฏิบัติหน้าที่อื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาบัญชี หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านบัญชีลูกหนี้ (AP) อย่างน้อย 1-3 ปี
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ และทักษะในการติดต่อประสานงาน
- มีทักษะด้านการสื่อสารที่ดีเยี่ยม มีความกระตือรือร้น รับแรงกดดันได้
- ใช้โปรแกรมบัญชี เช่น SAP, Express, หรือโปรแกรมอื่น ๆ ได้ดี
- มีเดินทางไปประชุมหรือทำงานที่ตลาดไทบ้าง สัปดาห์ละ 1 - 2 ครั้ง
