Job Descriptions
1. รับผิดชอบการบริการลูกค้าของแพลตฟอร์มอีคอมเมิร์ซ (TikTok, Shopee, Lazada) ดูแลให้คำถามของลูกค้าได้รับการตอบกลับอย่างรวดเร็วและเป็นมืออาชีพ 2. จัดการกระบวนการสั่งซื้อ เช่น การรับคำสั่งซื้อ การสั่งซื้อ การตรวจสอบคำสั่งซื้อ ฯลฯ เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าคำสั่งซื้อนั้นถูกต้อง 3. ประสานงานการจัดส่งสินค้าเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าคำสั่งซื้อจะถูกส่งมอบตรงเวลา 4. ให้บริการหลังการขายรายวัน จัดการกับข้อร้องเรียนและข้อเสนอแนะของลูกค้าอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ และปรับปรุงความพึงพอใจของลูกค้า 5. รับผิดชอบในการจัดการสมาชิกในทีม การจัดตารางการทำงานอย่างสมเหตุสมผล และประสานงานงานบริการลูกค้าระหว่างทีม 6. รับผิดชอบในการรวบรวมและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลการขายของแพลตฟอร์มอีคอมเมิร์ซเพื่อสนับสนุนข้อมูลในการพัฒนาธุรกิจ
Qualifications
  1. ปริญญาตรี สาขาการตลาด หรืออื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. มีทักษะการสื่อสารและภาษาที่ดี และสามารถจัดการความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้าได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
  3. สามารถใช้งานแพลตฟอร์ม e-commerce และเครื่องมือซอฟต์แวร์ที่เกี่ยวข้องได้อย่างชำนาญ
  4. มีทักษะในการปรับตัวและการประสานงานที่แข็งแกร่ง และสามารถจัดการกับปัญหาฉุกเฉินได้ด้วยตนเอง
  5. มีจิตวิญญาณของทีมและสามารถปรับตัวเข้ากับสภาพแวดล้อมการทำงานที่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างรวดเร็วได้
  6. ความสามารถในการทำงานเป็นกะ รวมถึงกะกลางคืนได้
  7. สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษ หรือภาษาจีนได้ดี
