-ติดตามลูกค้าตามกฎและข้อบังคับของบริษัท เพื่อไม่ให้เกิดการร้องเรียนจากลูกค้า
-รายงานลูกค้าที่น่าสงสัยหรือลูกค้าที่มีความเสี่ยงสูงให้กับหัวหน้างาน เพื่อทำการแก้ไขปัญหา เพื่อลดการเกิดความสูญเสียทรัพย์สินขององค์กรให้น้อยที่สุด
-ติดต่อทวงถามหนี้สินโดยตรงกับลูกค้า เจรจาแผนการชำระเงิน เพื่อให้บริษัทมียอดหนี้เสียให้น้อยที่สุด
-สนับสนุนนโยบายบริษัท บรรลุเป้าหมายที่ตั้งไว้ เพื่อให้เกิดผลลัพธ์ที่ดีที่สุด
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษาม.6-ปริญญาตรี
- ไม่จำกัดเพศ -อายุ 22 - 35 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการเร่งรัดหนี้สิน ติดตามหนี้ 1 ปีขึ้นไปเท่านั้น
- มีความสามารถและทักษะในการติดต่อสื่อสารการเจรจาผ่านทางโทรศัพท์
- มีความรู้เบื้องต้นเกี่ยวกับการกฎหมายทวงหนี้
- สามารถทำงาน 6 วันต่อสัปดาห์ได้
