Job Descriptions
Tasks & responsibilities • Prepare and process import and export documentation according to customs regulations, laws, or procedures. • Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth operations with track cargo as it travels destination. • Calculate and process duties, taxes, and charges with payment of freight and duty charges. • Negotiate with carriers, warehouse operators, and insurance company representatives for goods’ transportation. • Perform regular audits of shipping and receiving documentation for accuracy. • Coordinate and manage all aspects of import and export transactions.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree. Relevant experiences in Import & Export are a plus.
  2. Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Good English communication skills.
