Job Descriptions

RESPONSIBILITY: -Review GAP analysis for the requirement and improvement team to work comply with new requirement (system and customer). -Coordinate with 3rd party, 2nd party and Government to setup plan and conduct the audit to comply with the plan. -Prepare audit, monitoring program up-to-date and follow up NCRs from internal audit and get team ready for audit. -Set up and conduct the Internal and External training to team, target group (set up plan and coordinate with 3rd party control training cost). -Collaborate and setup management review meeting follow the plan and summary report. -Review and update relevant FSQA documents. -Lead Internal auditor and lead to conduct the internal audit for FSQA program (BRCGS- SQMS, RSPO, GHPs/ HACCP, GMP monthly and customer audit). -Mock Stock Recovery/Traceability exercise performed with concerned department and traceability exercise with suppliers follow AVM 11 Meat supply chain program. -Prepare and support DLD audit (re-new and surveillance audit), review and follow up NCRs and support DLD officer visit, review alteration project and document and letter submit to MAFF, review and update monthly report up to date in the system as per required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in food science or related field.
Experience in food Safety system such as internal audit and external audit.
Good in English language (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing)
Computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
Basic knowledge of GMP, HACCP.
Basic knowledge of GMP, HACCP, HALAL, and BRC.
