Job Descriptions
1. Mould management and control, mould use, maintenance, repair, production approval, declaration, supervision and execution; 2. Timely and accurate grasp of mold usage and production quality issues, assist the production department in solving mold problems during production, and ensure smooth production; 3. Develop plans and budgets for mold repair and new mold making, and ensure they are completed on time; 4. Analyze and improve the mold structure and injection molding process, and continuously improve the process flow and plastic part quality.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or major in machinery or mold design is preferred; or related field.
  2. More than 5 years of working experience in the same position.
  3. Proficient in AutoCAD and PRO/E drawing software.
  4. Have good communication skills and team awareness.
  5. Strong sense of responsibility, proactive, honesty and trustworthy, courage to make decisions and take responsibility, strong principles, strong communication skills, organizational coordination skills and team leadership.
  6. Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, Chinese is a plus.
  7. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  8. Experience with risk assessment and mitigation planning.
