Job Descriptions
Job Responsibilities 1. Strategic planning: formulate and implement human resource strategic planning. 2. Team building: leading the talent recruitment and selection of all departments of the company. 3. System construction: Establish and improve the company's human resources management rules and regulations. 4. Employee relationship: Maintain employee relationship, deal with employee complaints and labor disputes. 5. Cost control: reasonable control of the cost of human resource and optimize human allocation.
Qualifications
  1. Education experience: Bachelor degree or above in human resources related major, 2-3 years of human resources management experience, experience in human resources preparation for a new company is preferred.
  2. Professional skills: Familiar with Thai labor laws and regulations, skilled in the professional knowledge and operation process of human resources modules.
  3. Ability and quality: Excellent organization and coordination, communication, negotiation and problem solving ability, strong team management ability and strategic planning thinking.
  4. Language ability: proficient in Thai language and Chinese
  5. Professional quality: rigorous and responsible in work, with a high sense of responsibility and confidentiality awareness.
