Job Descriptions

1. Fully responsible for the daily management of the company's financial department, formulate and improve the financial management system and process, and optimize the financial management system. 2. Organized the preparation of the company's annual financial budget, supervised the implementation of the budget, and conducted regular budget analysis and adjustment to ensure the realization of the company's financial goals. 3. Responsible for the company's financial accounting work, review of accounting vouchers and financial statements, and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial data. 4. Conduct financial analysis, conduct in-depth analysis of the company's financial position, operating results and cash flow, provide valuable financial suggestions and decision-making basis, and help the company improve economic benefits. 5. Responsible for the company's tax planning and management, pay taxes according to law, reasonably reduce tax risks, and maintain the good relationship between the company and the tax authorities. 6. Participate in the decision-making of the company's major investment, financing and other economic activities, conduct financial risk assessment and control, and provide professional financial advice for the company's strategic development. 7. Manage and maintain the relationship with banks, audit institutions and other relevant external departments to ensure the smooth development of the company's financial work. 8. Lead and train the financial team, improve the overall business ability and comprehensive quality of the team, and build an efficient and collaborative financial team.

Qualifications

Education and Major: Bachelor degree or above, major in accounting, financial management, auditing and other related fields, with solid professional knowledge.
Working experience: More than 5 years of financial work experience, including more than 2 years of working experience in financial supervisor, 0-1 working experience in financial system construction is preferred.
Professional skills: solid financial professional knowledge, proficient in financial accounting, financial analysis, budget management, tax planning and other aspects; proficient in financial software and office software.
Professional qualification: holders of intermediate accountant or above professional title certificate or certified public accountant certificate is preferred.
Ability: Strong organization and coordination ability and team management ability, ability to effectively lead and motivate team members; excellent communication skills and ability to communicate and deal with various challenges in work; keen financial risk awareness and strong problem solving ability to identify and solve problems in financial work.
