Job Descriptions
1.วิเคราะห์ความต้องการของผู้ใช้และธุรกิจ เพื่อนำมาออกแบบระบบซอฟต์แวร์
2.ทำงานร่วมกับทีมพัฒนา (Developer) เพื่อให้แนวทางในการพัฒนาซอฟต์แวร์
3.จัดทำเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น Business Requirement Document - BRD, Process Flow,ER Diagram
4.ประสานงานระหว่างฝ่ายต่างๆ เพื่อให้ระบบที่พัฒนามีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด
5.วิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาของระบบเมื่อพบข้อผิดพลาด (Bug) หรือข้อจำกัดในการใช้งาน
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไปในสาขา IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์การทำงานในตำแหน่ง Business Analyst หรือ Software Development อย่างน้อย 2-5 ปี
- ประสบการณ์ในการพัฒนาหรือวิเคราะห์ระบบ HR หรือระบบที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ทักษะการใช้เครื่องมือสำหรับการวิเคราะห์ระบบ เช่น Jira หรือเครื่องมืออื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- สามารถเรียนรู้เร็ว ทำงานเป็นทีม และมีทักษะการแก้ปัญหาที่ดี
