Job Descriptions
1. ดูแลสต๊อกสินค้าหน้าร้าน และเอกสารเบิกสินค้า
2. ตรวจสอบสถานะการจัดส่งสินค้า และนัดหมายการจัดส่ง
3. ประสานงานระหว่างพนักงานขาย ลูกค้า และหน่วยงานต่างๆ ทั้งภายนอก และภายในบริษัท
4. จัดเก็บเอกสาร และรายงานผลการดำเนินงานต่างๆ ให้ผู้บังคับบัญชาทราบ
5. จัดทำรายงาน-สรุปยอดขาย ประจำสัปดาห์ ประจำเดือน
Qualifications
- เพศหญิง อายุระหว่าง 22-35 ปี
- จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี ไม่จำกัดสาขา
- มีประสบการณ์ 1-2 ปีขึ้นไป ด้านประสานงานขาย / Sales Admin. / Sales Support / Sales Coodinate
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office ได้ดี (โดยเฉพาะ MS Excel - Pivot Table, Vlookup และ MS PowerPoint)
- หากสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
