Job Descriptions
Position: Senior Sales Executive / Sales Executive Responsibilities: - Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients. - Establish, maintain and develop relationship with existing & new potential customers. - Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made. - Prepare service material and Get requirement. - Response customer proposals and quotes. - Owner of Proposal and related documents such as SOC (statement of compliance), CV, competitor, and Company Documents. - Maintain pipeline and status of each app and lead. - Seeking solution or service related to customer requirement. - Help customers resolve problems and Issues related to scope, time, and cost conflicts. - Other duties as assigned. Position: Presales Responsibilities: - Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide technical expertise. - Preparing technical document in response to Request for Proposal, Requests for Information and etc. - Providing Security related, technical consult to customers. - Supporting Sales Team in term of technical presentation, demonstration and recommendation. - Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients. - Coordinating with after sales service team to ensure that the solution is delivered to customer as designed. - Seeking solution or service related to customer requirement. - Help customers resolve problems and Issues related to scope. - Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree or higher.
  2. Experience in position.
  3. Understanding of IT consulting services.
  4. Good communication skills in Thai and English.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
  6. Pro-active, self-motivated, results-oriented with planning skill and positive attitude.
  7. Have skill in building new client relationships.
  8. Ability to perform outside work.
