Job Descriptions
Job Description: 1. Control, monitor and follow up line production performance proactively in order to promote high efficiency and product quality. 2. Develop and improve working and production process for increasing efficiency productivity and decreasing loss. 3. Oversee entire operations of the factory to ensure all operations are practiced in appropriate procedures and cost-effective ways with best utilization of resources including machines, materials, and manpower. 4. Build development strategies for the factory in short-term, medium-term, and long-term. 5. Create comprehensive implementation plans to assure achievement of the strategies. 6. Coordinate with other departments (Sales and Marketing, Purchasing, Production) to operate in the same direction according to achieve the goal. 7. Supervise and control subordinates to work following the company standards based on safety awareness. 8. Evaluate subordinates’ performance.
Qualifications
  1. ไม่จำกัดเพศ อายุตั้งแต่ 40 ปีขึ้นไป
  2. วุฒิปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาวิทยาศาสตร์อาหาร หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. มีประสบการณ์บริหารงานด้านฝ่ายปฏิบัติการทั้งโรงงาน เช่น สายงานผลิตและควบคุมคุณภาพ ด้านวิศวกรรม ด้านจัดส่ง/คลัง อย่างน้อย 5 ปี ขึ้นไป หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านการส่งออกจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  4. ต้องมีประสบการณ์ด้านสายโรงงานผลิตอาหาร
  5. มีความรู้ด้านมาตรฐานอุตสาหกรรมอาหาร FSSC/BRC, GHP/HACCP / HALAL / ISO เป็นต้น
  6. สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี ทำงานภายใต้กรอบเวลา และรับผิดชอบงานตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายให้ลุล่วงตามที่กำหนด
  7. มีภาวะผู้นำ มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ สามารถติดต่อประสานงาน และแก้ไขปัญหาต่าง ๆ อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
  8. สามารถบริหารทีม และประสานหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ ได้เป็นอย่างดี
  9. สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ พูด อ่าน และเขียน เป็นอย่างดี หากได้ภาษาจีนจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  10. สามารถใช้โปรแกรมพื้นฐานคอมพิวเตอร์ในระดับดี เช่น word / excel / powerpoint
