Position: Import & BOI Specialist (Prachinburi) 40-50K Location: Prachinburi Contact Recruiter: Supunsa 091-255-5705 Supunsa@mriww.co.th Our client is one of the global manufacturers of industrial air-conditioning and refrigeration systems. They are seeking for an Import and Export Specialist with good command of English who will be responsible for overseeing global shipments and handling documentation related to import and export operations. Responsibilities: •Prepare and handle shipping documents, invoices and all necessary paperwork. •Ensure full compliance with both local and global trade regulations. •Manage import and export procedures, including customs clearance, shipping and logistics coordination. •Ensure accurate transaction records and maintain updates in internal systems. •Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders and government authorities to ensure smooth transaction processes. •Monitor changes in trade regulations, tariffs and customs procedures. •Track shipments, deliveries and resolve any issues or delays. •Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, finance and warehouse operations. Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.
  2. Working experienced in import and export operations.
  3. Good knowledge of customs regulations and BOI
  4. Good command of English
  5. Strong communication skills
