Job Descriptions
• Responsible for maintenance all production line (Machine, Electric, Kaikaku, Kaizen) • Planning and coordination of maintenance activities or other standard activities related to preventive maintenance planning is preferred (eg. Experience in budget, technical stores management, Quality, Efficiency as well as tracking of maintenance KPI's). • Analysis preventive methods and problems when machine broken. • Analysis and set counter measure to prevent repeated failure. • Create, evaluate and continue develop preventive maintenance program. • Planning PM (Preventive Maintenance). • Manage and control technician teams to work achieve as maintenance work plan. • Coordinate with other section for smooth of maintenance work. • Good experience in Mechanical repair know-how, with knowledge and skills in electrical power supply equipment. • Others task as assigned.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Electric.
  2. Have working experience at least 2 years.
  3. Good technical basic maintenance for Machines/Electric.
  4. Understanding for Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, Spare Part Management and Maintenance Management System.
  5. Knowledge base in ISO9000 / ISO14000
  6. Basic English language
  7. Strong problem solving and decision making.
  8. Knowledge in Microsoft Office tools / PLC
