Job Descriptions
วางแผนและบริหารจัดการ Fleet รถขนส่ง เพื่อให้สามารถให้บริการได้ตาม SLA และคุณภาพที่กำหนด ควบคุมและพัฒนาการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานจัดส่ง (Riders / Drivers) ให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด จัดตารางการทำงาน การจัดเส้นทางขนส่ง และการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าในแต่ละวัน ควบคุมต้นทุนการดำเนินงาน (เชื้อเพลิง, OT, ค่าซ่อมบำรุง ฯลฯ) ให้เกิดความคุ้มค่าสูงสุด ประสานงานกับทีม Customer Service, Warehouse และอื่นๆ เพื่อให้การให้บริการเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น จัดทำรายงานการปฏิบัติงาน วิเคราะห์ปัญหา และเสนอแนวทางปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพของ Fleet สรรหาและฝึกอบรมทีมจัดส่งใหม่ให้ปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานของบริษัท ประเมินและวัดผลการดำเนินงานของงคนขับ เพืื่อให้มีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด ควบคุมดูแลความเรียบร้อยของพาหนะและอุปกรณ์ที่ใช้ในการขนส่ง บริหารจัดการเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น ใบส่งสินค้า, เอกสารภาษี, ใบเบิกค่าน้ำมัน ฯลฯ
Qualifications
  1. ปริญญาตรีในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง (เช่น โลจิสติกส์, บริหารธุรกิจ, การจัดการ)
  2. มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานขนส่งหรือบริหาร Fleet อย่างน้อย 3-5 ปี
  3. มีทักษะความเป็นผู้นำและการบริหารทีม
  4. มีความสามารถในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลการปฏิบัติงาน และจัดทำรายงานอย่างมืออาชีพ
  5. สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันและแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
  6. มีทักษะการใช้งานระบบ GPS, Fleet Management Software และ Excel/Google Sheets ได้ดี
  7. ทำงาน 6 วันต่อสัปดาห์ หยุด 1วัน
