Job Descriptions
- ร่วมมือกับทีมงานในการวางแผนและปรับปรุงพัฒนาธุรกิจอยู่เสมอ - ดูแลร้าน E-Commerce ขายดอกไม้ / พวงหรีด ผ่านช่องทาง website, Line และ Social media หรือ platform marketplace อื่นๆ - วิเคราะห์ผลการดำเนินงานของร้าน รวมถึง เชิงตัวเลข เช่น คำนวณต้นทุน ตั้งราคาขาย วิเคราะห์ผลกำไร และไม่ใช่ตัวเลข เช่น การปรับเพิ่ม/ลดสินค้า เปรียบเทียบคู่แข่ง เพื่อตอบสนองความต้องการของลูกค้าและสามารถแข่งขันได้ - ปรับปรุงข้อมูลใน database เพื่อเป็นข้อมูลให้ทีมขาย - ประสานงานกับทีมที่เกี่ยวข้องในการทำสินค้าใหม่ และ การทำการตลาดต่างๆ - สนับสนุนทีมงานในระดับ Senior และ Manager ในการมองหาโอกาสในการขยายธุรกิจ - ค้นคว้า และเขียนรายงานเกี่ยวกับการพัฒนาธุรกิจ - รับผิดชอบการทำงานอื่นๆ ตามที่ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. ทุกเพศ อายุไม่เกิน 30 ปี บุคลิกภาพดี กระตือรือร้น High Energy เปิดรับสิ่งใหม่ๆ
  2. วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ, การตลาด, เศรษฐศาสตร์ หรือสาขาอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. มีประสบการณ์ในการคิดวางแผนและพัฒนาธุรกิจ อย่างน้อย 1 ปี
  4. หากมีประสบการณ์ธุรกิจการตลาดออนไลน์จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  5. มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี ทั้งการเขียน การพูด และการฟังแบบจับใจความ สามารถสรุปวิเคราะห์ ประมวลผลได้ดี
  6. สามารถใช้ Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) พื้นฐานได้
  7. สามารถใช้ AI tool (ChatGPT) พื้นฐานได้
