Job Descriptions
Key Responsibilities: Business Development: - Identify and acquire new partners across convenience stores, supermarkets, and specialty retail channels that align with our brand’s values and product focus. - Build long-term partnerships across all modern trade channels to grow their commitment to our product range. - Present product offerings and negotiate favorable terms to achieve sales objectives. Account Management: - Serve as the primary contact for specialty and convenience store clients, ensuring they receive excellent service and support. - Work closely with store owners and managers to optimize product placement, pricing, and promotions. - Regularly visit stores to monitor product performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement. Product Training and Support: - Conduct product training sessions for store staff to help them understand and effectively promote products to end customers. - Provide marketing materials and guidance on how to position our products to appeal to customers. - Support stores with merchandising strategies to enhance visibility and sales performance. Sales Strategy and Execution: - Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets for convenience stores, supermarket and specialty retail partners. - Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and supply chain, to ensure seamless product delivery and promotional execution. - Use customer insights and market data to recommend new products or strategies tailored to specialty store needs. Reporting and Market Insights: - Track and analyze sales data, providing regular reports to the Sales Manager. - Share insights on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to help refine business strategies.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related fields.
  2. 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or retail partnerships, preferably in health or wellness industries.
  3. Experience in sales and account management within modern trade channels (e.g., convenience stores, supermarkets, specialty retail).
  4. Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  5. Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  6. Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with business partners.
  7. Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  8. Passionate about health and wellness, with an understanding of retail dynamics.
  9. Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work in dynamic environments.
  10. Willingness to travel regularly to meet clients and visit store locations.
