Job Descriptions
1. สรรหาซัพพลายเออร์ผู้รับเหมารายใหม่ๆ
2. เปิด PO เพื่อเสนอผู้จัดการฝ่ายอนุมัติ
3. ติดตามการอนุมัติใบสั่งซื้อ และส่งให้ผู้รับเหมา
4. ประสานงานผู้รับเหมา เรื่องการสั่งจ้าง
5. ประสานงานกับโครงการต่างๆ เรื่องใบส่งผลงานผู้รับเหมา
6. รวบรวมเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องส่งแผนกบัญชี
7. จัดทำรายงานติดตาม PR คงค้าง และระบุปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้น
8. ติดตามการส่งมอบผลงานจากหน่วยงานและผู้รับเหมา
9. งานจัดทำการประเมินผู้รับเหมาปลายปี
10. งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- อายุ : 23 ปี ขึ้นไป (ยินดีต้อนรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่)
- วุฒิการศึกษา : ปริญญาตรี ไม่จำกัดสาขา
- มีทักษะการสื่อสาร การประสานงาน และการเจรจาต่อรอง
