Job Descriptions
Position description Supporting the Marketing and Sales Teams. Providing marketing intelligence to support further sales. Identify customer needs to ensure we deliver value. Respond to English speaking customers’ enquiries online or by phone. Provide a coordinated service for our customers and production. Monitor our quoting and sales to review our marketing & sales performance. Work with the production planning & logistics teams to support delivery. Perform special assignments as required to support our marketing and sales. Undertake market research to find and develop new markets for our products. **Resume/CV English **
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work professional experience.
  2. Experience with sales, marketing, and customer support.
  3. Experience with customer service.
  4. An understanding of the quoting and sales process.
  5. Excellent command of English both verbal and written.
  6. Ability to communicate with customers by phone in English.
  7. Good coordinating and planning skills with attention to detail.
  8. Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.

  10. Have a good attitude, punctual, honest, diligent, patient, detailed, careful, and able to work well as a team.
  11. Be responsible and tolerate pressure well.
  12. Ability to adapt to our ever-changing business environment.
  13. Able to travel to work on your own.
